Return Window

Unworn, undamaged pieces with original tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Request a return from your account under Returns, or contact client care. We'll guide you through the process.

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Sale items are final unless faulty.
